The pipeline homomixer is a stirring machine that can perform mixing, micronization, emulsification, and dispersion processing inline. It utilizes the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet created by the high-speed rotation of the turbine to draw the processing liquid in through the inlet. The drawn-in processing liquid is mixed, micronized, emulsified, and dispersed by the powerful shear force, fragmentation, impact, and turbulence generated in the precise and uniform small gap between the turbine and the radial blocking part of the stator. *There are also laboratory models available for research purposes.
